Rescue Remedy

About daily stresses

TV Stress Expert, Liz Tucker says: "When you are stressed out, even simple tasks can push you to your limit. Fortunately there are many positive changes you can make to improve your health and wellbeing but being able to deal with ongoing life pressures involves a lot of effort, so we all need a system in place to help protect us from the harmful effects of stress."

According to the Health and Safety Executive half a million people experience so much work related stress that they believe it is making them ill and four out of ten people can't sleep at night for worrying about work or family life. It comes as no surprise then that stress is blamed for triggering up to 85% of chronic illnesses from sleeplessness, mild depression and fatigue to skin irritations and digestive disorders.

To some extent we all know when we are under too much pressure and what we should do about it - take a break, schedule leisure time, eat better, get things in perspective. But actually doing these things can be a little more difficult. The following pages have been developed to help you take action; and don't forget the little yellow bottle of Rescue Remedy is always there to see you through when it all gets too much.
